The project involved the reconfiguration of a single-family home in Artemida, Attica, with the primary goal of ensuring structural integrity and enhancing the building's aesthetic quality.

Metal reinforcements were carried out since there was no existing structural framework, and foundations were constructed according to modern specifications, ensuring the structural integrity of the residence. The design prioritized a minimalist and modern architectural style, with the creation of larger openings in the central area of the house to enhance natural lighting and ventilation, as well as provide direct views of the outdoor garden. The new design maximized the limited space of the residence and created as many hosting areas as possible.

Additionally, exterior insulation was implemented according to modern standards, contributing to the energy efficiency and overall sustainability of the building.
