Three Story Building - Vrilissia

The plot’s outline, combined with the design approach, results in a building with clean lines that harmonize with the urban fabric while simultaneously adding a dynamic sense to the space. The building emerges as an architectural composition characterized by simplicity and openness to its environment.

The large sliding glass panels, together with the spacious balconies, achieve a unique connection between the interior spaces and the natural environment, enhancing transparency and brightness in each residence. The lateral façades, featuring dominant solid elements and limited openings, provide the necessary privacy for the residents. Meanwhile, the architectural projections, built-in planters with lush greenery, and vertical louver elements create a visual filter that reinforces privacy while showcasing the building as a dynamic whole.

The rooftop of the building is utilized as a multifunctional space emphasizing sustainability and energy efficiency. A planted green area covers a significant portion of its surface, while lightweight metal pergolas with photovoltaic panels not only provide shade but also enhance the building’s sustainability. On the ground floor, the focus is on creating natural green spaces with dense shrubbery, planters, and trees in the open areas. The carefully arranged greenery along the entrance enhances the impression of a welcoming and resident-friendly space.

The spacious outdoor areas, combined with the functional and ergonomic layout of the apartments, create residences that offer a modern and upgraded living experience.
