The project involved the completion of the construction of three maisonettes and the reconfiguration of the surrounding area in a residential complex in Erythrea, Attica, with the aim of enhancing its aesthetic and functional quality.

Insulations were carried out, facade cladding was applied, and metal canopies were constructed, while barbecue areas and swimming pools were created to meet the needs for recreation and hospitality. Additionally, within the residences, functional lofts were created, the staircases were redesigned, and the mechanical installations were modified (smart home creation), with an emphasis on renewing the aesthetic and functional character of the space.

Overall, these interventions contributed to the creation of three pleasant and welcoming homes that meet modern living needs.
