The project at the Karelas Business Park, located in the Pousi-Ledi area of the Municipality of Paiania, is strategically positioned next to the Attiki Odos motorway, at the edge of an extensive industrial and business zone.

This modern, three-story office building spans a total area of 60,000 sq.m., with 30,000 sq.m. dedicated to above-ground spaces and an additional 30,000 sq.m. allocated to three underground parking levels. Additionally, the project includes the landscaping of a 26,000 sq.m. surrounding area. The building houses a company with 1,800 employees, offering comfort and functionality at every level.

The extensive program included specialized landscaping works in outdoor areas, both at ground level and on the green roof. Simultaneously, the office interiors were designed to prioritize ergonomics and optimize productivity, while the external facilities were tailored to meet the needs of staff, creating a well-organized and pleasant working environment.

With a focus on functionality, aesthetics, and ideal working conditions, the project ensures a space that combines high quality with sustainability, meeting the needs of employees and visitors alike.
