The project involved the reconfiguration of a single-family home in Glyfada, both internally and externally, with the aim of enhancing its aesthetic and functional quality.

Specifically, the internal renovations included the use of modern materials to create a renewed and functional space. In the outdoor area, pergolas, barbecue facilities, and a swimming pool were created to meet the needs for recreation and hospitality. Additionally, a covered parking space was developed, and the entrance of the residence was highlighted by creating a green pathway that integrates the building into a lush garden.

These interventions led to the creation of a pleasant and welcoming home, fully adapted to modern living needs.
